- Orders should be placed by 2:00 pm to ensure same day shipment of stock items.
- Terms are Net 30 from Invoice date.
- Samples are available for most stock & custom label products. Monarch recommends testing ALL label materials for custom applications.
- All products will be shipped prepaid and added to invoice unless otherwise specified on your order.
- All Invoices are sent electronically.
- All freight is F.O.B. Mill.
- A 20% restocking fee applies for return of stock items.
- All custom made products are not returnable unless deemed to be defective.
- No returns of stock products after 90-Days.
- All quotes are valid for 30-Days.
